Is a cleanse recommended for everyone?

A 24 Karrots cleanse has approcimately 1000 to 1200 calories per day.
Will I lose weight?
A 24 Karrots Cleanse is not designed to be a weight-loss program.
You may find that after the cleanse you have lost a few pounds but not everyone does. However, many people find that they are able to lose weight and keep it off after the cleanse because of the healthier eating habits they were able to develop because of the cleanse.
How often should I cleanse?
Experience the benefits of a three-day 24 Karrots cleanse and then decide what’s best for you. We recommend a three-day cleanse at the start of every season and a one-day maintenance cleanse every two weeks in between. After you experience cleansing you will want to make it a part of your life.
Why is cold-pressed juice special? I have a juicer, can’t I make my own cleanse?
Cold-pressed juice is more nutritious and delicious, lighter and cleaner tasting that conventionally made juice. It is made in two steps. The fruits and vegetables are ground slowly to eliminate heat, placed in a bag and then hydraulically pressed. This slow, time-consuming process extracts every drop of juice, allows for little to no air to be introduced into the juice, maintains more nutrients than squeezed or store-bought juice and eliminates all of the pulp. The result is nutritious juice with a clean, light, delicious taste that maintains the nutrients for four days from the time of delivery/pick up if the juice is refrigerated.
Conventional juicers use high speed to cut and spin the produce. This process causes heat destroying some of the nutrients during production and most of the nutrients are lost within hours if the juice is not consumed. If you make your own juices/cleanse using a traditional juicer, you will need to juice several times a day in order to drink fresh juice. Even then the nutritional value will be less than cold-pressed.

Can I exercise while on a cleanse?
Absolutely, just try to be gentle with yourself. You are still getting nutrition, but a lower volume of food/calories. You will most likely find that you have lots of energy and can easily go for a light jog or power walk. Yoga or pilates added effect of intense breathing helps you maximize your cleanse.
Can I focus on my work/responsibilities during a cleanse?
Definitely! Just go on with your normal life. Your mind and body are getting nourishment with your day’s intake already planned out, leaving you more time to focus on your work/responsibilities.
